Good Technology
The Need for Speed and Specialty
Good Technology is a private, Silicon Valley based technology company transforming how mobile work gets done, through secure app-to-app workflows that include integrated email, communications, document management, business intelligence, social business, wireless printing, and more.
Good was in pain. Internal recruiting efforts to fill an open Sr. Director of Product Management role for their all-important mobile collaboration applications had failed to secure a hire. The VP of Program and Product Management was referred to CMI by another client and wanted results immediately.
Our first conversation with the hiring manager was on the 27th of the month. By the 3rd of the following month we were presenting local, Silicon Valley based candidates with the requisite mobility and collaboration experience.
The hired candidate was presented on the 6th, phone interviewed by Good on the 7th and scheduled for face-to-face interviews on the 14th.
Despite some delays due to the Christmas Holidays, interviews were completed, references checked and an offer was made and accepted by the 30th of the month. The hiring VP’s comment, “Thanks Cardinal Mark. You delivered!”
