To recruit the person that a client really needs you sometimes have to look a long way from home (a Rolodex just doesn’t cut it sometimes). The client was very specific, “We need someone who can help us make high yield straw pulp at the lowest Schopper-Riegler degree as possible” (huh?). The hire had been there / done that in Spain, China, Turkmenistan, Jordan, Egypt, Tunis, France and Russia. Look out North Dakota!

A Department Upgrade

B/E Aerospace is a $3B public company and the worldwide leading manufacturer of aircraft passenger cabin interior products for the commercial and business jet aircraft markets.

A new Chief Information Officer was hired to transform  IT into a strategic asset for the company and lead a major upgrade to their global ERP and manufacturing systems.

On-site contract recruiting was brought in to build out the lower levels of the IT staff while Cardinal Mark was retained to recruit new,strategic, senior team members reporting directly to the CIO.

National searches were conducted to rapidly fill VP and Director roles in Manufacturing Technology, Project Management Office and Business Intelligence and Data Analytics.

Successful hires were relocated from Chicago, Charlotte, Raleigh and Atlanta to Winston-Salem, NC to execute the broad new IT strategy.
